The Financial Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and realizing new business in the areas of financial leasing, pay for use, export financing and is creative with payment terms. You will have an advisory role to key customers around the globe. In addition you will inform and advise the Regional Sales Directors and their ASM staff as they benefit from your strategy.

What you'll be doing

• Look for new opportunities and identify leads;
• Develop strategic concepts by using financial tools;
• Prospect new solutions towards existing key-accounts;
• Develop promotion plans and sales strategies;
• Manage commercial and contractual negotiations until the contract award.

• You have a strong sense for long term customer relationships and interaction;
• You have strong influencing skills and the ability to work in an informal no-nonsense organization;
• You understand the poultry sector and finance;
• Strong proponent of animal friendly and sustainable products;
• You have proficient executive communication skills, are a clear and concise communicator;
• You are flexible in traveling and understand when to show up in the market.
